  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese or cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Organic Marinara
  • dash Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp butter


  • heat frying pan on medium
    allow butter to melt evenly, (may need more)
    cover one of the tortilla with ingredients you want to use
    Place tortilla onto pan and cook for 30 seconds (the cheesy side should be facing you)
    place the other tortilla on-top of the one in the pan, press down, then flip.
    cook until melted together and golden brown
  • 1/2 avocado sprinkled with salt and pepper
    poached egg
    a healthy side:
    fresh cut pineapple and kiwi
