  • 1 cup cooked whole grain pasta

    (follow cooking directions on box, toss with olive oil and sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt

  • 3-4 Grape Tomatoes
  • 3 slices Salami
  • 2 quarter slices you’re preferred cheese
  • 2/3 cup grapes


  • cut grape tomatoes in half, toss with pasta serve cold.
    fold salmi into quarter piece, place on toothpick
    between each slice of salmi add a piece of cheese
    add the grapes for a sweet treat after you’re meal!
